A native of Southern California and a permanent resident of Canada since 1992, it has been Kim’s privilege to serve the Living God vocationally since 1980.

Levi was born and raised an Alberta boy. He completed his Bachelor of Religious Education with a Pastoral Major at Peace River Bible Institute. He knew from a young age that God had filled him with a passion for ministry. He has served with the Ministry Team at WEB since 2016.
