As you know, most of what we do is on pause. So as we wait for the day that we can go live with worship, fellowship and service, continue to encourage each other and regularly check in with us!
Also, feel free to check out our WEB Kidz: Kidz Church At Home page for resources and videos to continue to teach your children at home. Make sure to watch the Visits With A Teacher videos featuring some of our very own Kidz Church teachers! If you don’t have the password and would like access, please contact the church office.
The West Edmonton Baptist (WEB) Kidz Church is designed for children ages 3 to grade 6 and takes place during the Sunday morning worship service. We are committed to building a spiritual foundation in kids in partnership with their parents. Our earnest prayer and hope is that Kidz Church at WEB positions the children who participate for an authentic faith and fruit bearing relationship with God.
All the children participate with their families during a portion of the worship service and are later dismissed for Kidz Church. This ensures the children have adequate age appropriate learning time about Jesus and His teachings with committed leaders who love the Lord and the children. Bible stories and exploring Biblical characters along with appropriate games and crafts comprise each session.
Current Kidz Church Classes:
Preschool (Age 3 – 4)
Early elementary (K – Grade 2)
Upper elementary (Grade 3 – 6)
All the children participate together in large group teaching session prior to breaking into smaller groups for age appropriate activities related to the main lesson.
Sign In and Sign Out
When you arrive Sunday morning please head over to the Kidz Check-In area at the Welcome & Information Centre. There you can sign in your child on the class page and create a name tag for them. During the worship service, the children will be dismissed to their classroom. Church personnel can help direct you and your child to the correct classroom.
When the worship service concludes please go to the classroom to retrieve your children and sign them out.
